Run the patcher & pick your build

Launch it and choose which Discord to patch — Stable, PTB or Canary — then choose Patch. On Windows just double-click the .exe; SmartScreen may warn about an unsigned app — that's expected for this kind of tool. On macOS, the first run needs right-click → Open, or clear the quarantine flag:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine cord-patcher-macos-*

Fully quit & reopen Discord

Quit Discord completely — Ctrl Q / Cmd Q or right-click the tray icon → Quit, not just closing the window — then open it again. The patch applies on launch.

Open the editor & customize

Click the pencil next to your inbox (top right), or press Ctrl Alt P. To check it's running, open DevTools with Ctrl Shift I and look for:

ProfileSpooferloadedv2.5.0 · @you · spoof ON · Ctrl+Alt+P to open

Updating

Discord auto-updates overwrite the patch, so after a Discord update just run the patcher again to re-apply. New patcher builds are posted in #downloads.

Removing it

Run the patcher again and choose Unpatch — it restores the original from a backup it kept. Fully quit and reopen Discord and everything is back to normal.

Patching the Discord desktop client is against Discord's Terms of Service, and an unsigned patcher will likely be flagged by SmartScreen or antivirus — both are expected for a tool like this. Use it at your own risk.
